Ending poverty through education and service. Lending a helping hand to support the dignity of every person.
Why did I decide to document my experiences with this social issue? I believe that virtually every problem in the world can be solved with education and service, and I would like to prove that my hypothesis is true, at least in my corner of the world. Since 2007, I have found myself working with several homeless aid organizations. Because I am greatly moved by the goals and objectives of the Archdiocese of Baltimore's Charities, I promote them as much as possible by recruiting my friends to volunteer at Sarah's House shelter and participating in after school tutoring programs for underserved children.
There are so many things you can do to help achieve A Maryland Without Poverty. I hope that you will use this blog as a resource and become an advocate!
